Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luzirathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Luzíra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
