All orders are processed and shipped from Minnesota, USA. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

United States Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Canada Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Luzíra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
